Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Priority Reach's website and direct mail marketing services. By submitting a quote request, signing up for a campaign, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services provided

Priority Reach provides Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) campaign services, which may include postcard design, route selection, print production coordination, USPS EDDM filing, and performance tracking via scannable codes, as described in the plan you select.

Pricing and payment

Client responsibilities

No guarantee of results

While direct mail is an effective marketing channel, Priority Reach does not guarantee specific response rates, lead volume, revenue, or return on investment from any campaign. Results depend on factors outside our control, including the client's offer, market conditions, and route demographics.

Route availability

Route selection is based on available USPS EDDM route data at the time of your campaign. We do not guarantee exclusivity of a given route to a single client unless explicitly agreed in writing, though we make reasonable efforts to avoid placing directly competing businesses on the same route within the same timeframe.

Cancellations and refunds

Once a drop has been submitted to print production, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as print and postage costs are incurred at that point. Requests to cancel or reschedule a drop prior to print production will be accommodated where reasonably possible.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Priority Reach's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific drop giving rise to the claim. Priority Reach is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

Intellectual property

Clients retain ownership of their own logos, branding, and content provided to us. Priority Reach retains ownership of original design templates and creative frameworks we develop, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Priority Reach is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
